Orders & Returns

* If you believe that your item is faulty, you must let us know within 14 days via the WhatsApp number 
* You then have a further 14 days to return the item to the return address written below.
* Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.
* Should we discover that there is no fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 14 days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it.
* Click & Vape will reimburse any shipping costs if the item is found to be faulty up to the value of the payment made for shipping on the original order.
* Click & Vape are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest sending returns via a tracking service and ensuring the correct amount for postage is paid.

* WHOLESALE: we do not provide replacements for single items in a wholesale box of 10


Please ensure your returned items are packaged securely and sent to the following address.



Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and details of the fault. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include the following details on a note inside your package: Name, Address, Mobile Number, Order Number, and reason for the return.

We will then contact you via WhatsApp once we receive your parcel.
